Responsibilities
• Oversee the Branch Operations and administrative staff• Build and maintain a vibrant network of referral partnerships• Develop comprehensive Care Plans for new Clients• Manage the ongoing growth and development of the Branch• Portland Oregon Metro Service Area – including Portland, Banks, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Cedar Mill, West Lynn, Lake Oswego, Tigard, Gresham, Milwaukie, Oregon City, Clackamas, Happy Valley
Requirements
• Strong sales, relationship management, and business development skills• A desire to be out in the community networking and building referral pipelines• Excellent management and interpersonal skills• Accuracy and attention to detail• Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset• Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills• Proficiency with technology and electronic devices• Sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism
