Responsibilities
• Lead the culinary team and oversee all food and beverage operations• Create innovative and creative menus for multiple F&B outlets• Ensure compliance with HACCP and local health department guidelines• Provide leadership and mentorship to culinary staff• Deliver exceptional service and meet high-end restaurant and conference service standards• Manage high volume and high-quality food production
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef at a hotel or convention center• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent• Experience in high-volume hotels with high-end restaurants and banquets• Strong understanding of HACCP and local health department requirements• Demonstrated culinary creativity and strong business acumen• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Comfortable with public speaking• Demonstrate leadership qualities and ability to mentor others
