Passionate and motivate Recruiter with a focus on recruiting experienced real estate agents and new agents alike. You must truly enjoy changing the lives of real estate agents through a successful and educated real estate career at CBHMF. We believe in a non-competing Broker model, with sole focus of agent support. Therefore, Executive Brokers cannot sell real estate. In addition to recruiting, retaining existing agents is an absolute necessity. Your role will be to develop ongoing recognition, support, and touch bases with ALL existing agents. You must be a nurturer and sustainer of strong relationships with our valued family of REALTORS®. Training agents through one-on-one Coaching sessions and business planning. You will be given the tools and resources to help agents succeed. The best Broker candidates have an organized and thorough approach to coaching up all agents to success. Conducting consistent group training sessions for agents to enhance their skills. Broker will be asked to hold agents accountable for their success, and be willing to follow, track and engage agents that need help. Must be good at Inventory management- Must be conscientious of listing inventory, and what agents are doing to market and sell homes and how you as Coach/Broker can help. Must be a team player, partnering with Leadership team/affiliates/community. Our staff is a synergistic family with a common goal and we seek team-oriented, servant leaders. Reviewing and facilitating real estate transactions and overseeing document management. Providing comprehensive support to agents and staff, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance. Offering empathetic support and guidance to agents, acting as a confidant or "therapist" when needed. Organizing and leading weekly meetings with engaging content to foster collaboration and discussion. Maintaining open and consistent communication with agents to address their needs promptly. Handling and resolving any escalated problems or situations related to agent activities, such as deals or showings. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: An associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial. A Real Estate Agent and Brokers License is required. 7-10 years of real estate sales experience is required. 3-5 years of real estate broker experience is required. 3-5 years of managing employees and independent contractors is preferred.
