Embark Behavioral Health is looking for an Executive Assistant committed to coordinating and providing executive administrative support to the Executive Director and Treatment Team staff for our Residential Treatment Program. Embark operates facilities across the US that support adolescents, young adults, and their families by offering a full continuum of care from Long Term Residential and Wilderness Therapy environments to our IOP/PHP clinics to virtual outpatient care. Our local IOP/PHP clinics are a critical part of our strategy to increase access to life-saving mental health treatments for families with insurance. As Executive Assistant , you will report to the Executive Director and work with a multi-disciplinary treatment team that are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families. Responsibilities

Provide executive administrative support to the Executive Director and Treatment Team Assist with marketing materials and strategic planning Respond to all incoming calls for the clinic Coordinate and facilitate family and referral partner tours Scribe for meetings Scheduling Copying Coordinating compliance documents Maintenance and housekeeping coordination Mail management Coordination of snacks Maintain office supplies Shipping Coordination with IT department Trip coordination for Executive Director Assist in facilitation of program events Assist with new employee orientation What do you bring to this position?
Required: Three (3) years of administrative experience Solid computer skills Attention to detail Organizational skills Time management skills Ability to quickly learn new computer program and internet applications Ability to develop efficient processes Ability to prioritize work and follow tasks to completion
