In this crucial role, the executive assistant will play a pivotal role in managing the corporate office tasks and communications. Additionally, paid time off and a robust employee assistance program foster a healthy and supported work environment.Position  ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Screen, prioritize and handle correspondence and emails.Effectively manage the CEO calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.Provide meeting support to include preparing agendas, coordinating meeting logistics and provide briefings as required. Accurately record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.Manage travel arrangements to include arranging travel itineraries; flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Anticipate and address travel related issues proactively.Maintain organized and secure records of sensitive information.Oversee the corporate office's day-to-day operations, this includes procurement of supplies, overseeing new and returned equipment, and handling shipping tasks such as visits to FedEx for shipment purposes. Foster a positive office culture.Coordinate office repairs and maintenance as required.Assist in planning and executing company events.Necessitates a readiness to use a personal vehicle for travel within the DMV region when required.Additional responsibilities as delegated.Work Location: Onsite, Catonsville, Maryland
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (but may vary based on project requirements)
Employment Type: Full-time, salaried position Qualifications and ExperienceA minimum of 8 years of experience providing executive-level support to C-suite executives is required.Budget, accounts payable and receivable experience a plus.Strong time management and organizational skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Background investigation required.Must be willing to travel; 10 % travel requirementEqual Employment Opportunity Statement from 1st Choice
