As an Event Lead Champion, you'll be the face of Aspen at various events, including sporting events, markets, and home shows. Your mission will be to engage with attendees, generate leads, and set appointments that contribute to our company's growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a mix of charisma, enthusiasm, and a goal-oriented mindset!
Key Responsibilities: Represent Aspen at various local and regional events with professionalism and enthusiasm. Engage with event attendees, understanding their home improvement needs and interests. Generate high-quality leads by compellingly introducing our services and value proposition. Schedule appointments for potential clients with our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition. Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare event materials and strategies that attract and engage our target audience. Provide feedback on customer interactions and event experiences to help refine future marketing strategies. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with potential clients. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. High energy, outgoing personality, and a passion for meeting new people. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required by event schedules.
