Our team produces turnkey experiential marketing campaigns and incentive event programs for major companies, both nationally and internationally. We are seeking someone who can participate in various stages of event planning in addition to creating meaningful relationships with clients. This person should be prepared to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail and organization. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning of corporate incentive events, trips and virtual events under the direction of our Operations management team Assist with execution of events on-site  Research hotels, restaurants, promotional items, and others as necessary Post consistently on the company's social media pages with relevant updates Client communication, managing guest bookings, keeping spreadsheets up-to-date Maintain professionalism and tact to portray the company in a positive manner Requirements: Marketing or Communications major/degree is preferred.  This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills Canva and Google Sheets experience  Prior experience in event planning is preferred but not required and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this position.
