Estimator- Siding & Roofing

Position Overview: The Estimator is responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for construction projects. This position requires a high level of knowledge and experience in construction estimating, budgeting, roofing, siding, and digital takeoff software such as PlanSwift and digital takeoff software.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate estimates for construction projects including roofing, siding, and other related labor and materials. Analyze plans and specifications and develop cost estimates utilizing digital takeoff software. Provide advice to management on the best strategies to manage material and labor costs. Develop and maintain detailed project budgets. Provide project scheduling and management support. Assist in the negotiation of subcontracts and materials pricing. Attend project meetings and provide updates on progress. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating, budgeting, and project management. Strong knowledge and understanding of roofing and siding construction. Proficient in the use of digital takeoff software such as PlanSwift and digital takeoff software. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred. Benefits -$70k-$90k salary
