Collaborate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather project details and ensure precise estimates. Utilize industry-standard software for efficient estimation and cost analysis. Present estimates to management and clients, addressing inquiries and providing clear explanations. Monitor project costs and recommend optimizations throughout the construction process. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in residential construction estimation. Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Knowledge of local residential building codes and regulations. Benefits:
