DescriptionPosition at JBS USA IT ERP ANALYST
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for an IT ERP Analyst for JBS that will report onsite to the Corporate Office in Greeley, Colorado.
This role is responsible for business and systems analysis functions supporting our Order to Cash Systems. This individual will apply proven analytical, communication and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT investments, turning functional business requirements into effective design solutions. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. This role will also be responsible for learning and supporting existing system solutions for the Order to Cash business processes.
Responsibilities:
Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problemsInterface with business process owners to facilitate process improvement and develop new functionalityInterface with development team members to clearly define requested changesDevelop documentation for systems and processesEffectively transfer knowledge to the users for on-going supportUnderstand business needs and quantify appropriate actionsDocument functional business requirements and interpret them into system designsProvide orientation to end users for all modified and new systemsOther duties as assigned Qualifications:
Strong business process knowledge in Order to Cash processes including: Sales, Pricing, Rebates, Accruals, Invoicing, Shipping/Transportation, Billing and Inventory ManagementExperience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Microsoft VisioMS SQL skills preferredAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentHighly self-motivated and directedMust have the ability to listen, understand and facilitate process improvementsMust possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsMust utilize standard templates to write requirement and functional specifications accurately and conciselyMust have excellent communication and relational skillsMust be able to write and execute unit test plansMust be able to work independently with little direction/supervisionMust be adaptable and capable of absorbing new concepts and situations rapidlyMust be a strong team player, with solid collaboration skillsCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationAs a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; Base salary range of $70,000-$80,000;andIncentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in states where it is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for any given position, compensation ranges are specific to those states and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.
