In this role, you'll diagnose and resolve equipment issues over the phone, maintain accurate service records, and assist in developing new SOPs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide troubleshooting support to resolve basic equipment issues over the phone by checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary Resolve maintenance service problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems to the appropriate maintenance technician or service provider Maintain service ticketing system by entering accurate and complete information, including logging and tracking all customer requests Provide reports on cases successfully resolved through troubleshooting efforts verse those requests requiring further referral for resolution Assist in the development of new SOP's as required and/or directed Additional responsibilities as assigned Adheres to all company policies and procedures Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of related experience in electrical automation preferred Qualifications: Experience 3+ years' experience in a similar role preferred Experience with maintenance ticketing systems (ServiceNow) preferred Knowledge of petroleum fuel systems, plumbing, electrical, understanding, and Basic knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration, and electrical management systems, preferred Forklift experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Qualifications: Competencies Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
