Equipment Operator/ Loader

Troiano Waste Services, a family-run company with over 40 years of experience in the Greater Portland area, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Equipment Operator/Loader to join our team at the Troiano Transfer Station in South Portland, Maine. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of our facility while enjoying a competitive compensation package and a supportive work environment. Responsibilities Operate grapple-equipped excavators to load trucks and trailers. Push and stack debris using a wheel loader. Run a skid steer mounted sweeper to maintain facility cleanliness. Perform light custodial duties to ensure a safe and clean work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in equipment operation is preferred but not required. Ability to work full-time, year-round with occasional Saturdays. Willingness to work overtime and demonstrate flexibility in work hours. Compensation Pay wage is dependent on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
