Position Overview:
As an Epic Professional Billing Analyst, you will be at the forefront of implementing and optimizing healthcare technology solutions. Collaborating with a talented team of healthcare technology experts, you'll ensure successful project execution and help our clients harness the full potential of their EHR investments.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Professional Billing solutions, adhering to industry and client standards
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring accuracy
- Mentor and collaborate with team members, providing subject matter expertise
- Lead Epic software upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements
- Serve as a liaison between Operations, IT, and Third-Party Systems
- Provide support during system upgrades and go-lives
- Develop and maintain application-specific training materials
- Adhere to organization standards for system configuration and change control
- Build strong relationships with end-user communities, customers, and business partners
Qualifications:
- Active Epic certification in at least one area; Epic Professional Billing preferred
- 3+ years of healthcare experience
- Direct client healthcare domain knowledge
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completed Epic CEE (Continued Epic Education)
- Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
