Job Scope/Summary:
This role as a Procedural Applications Analyst within our dynamic team offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the optimization and customization of our Epic system. As part of the Procedural Team, you will not only analyze and enhance workflows but also engage in comprehensive training initiatives.
Engage in a rotation for on-call duty, typically once every 5 weeks.
Serve as a liaison between vendors, end-users, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Contribute to the customization of applications to suit organizational requirements by analyzing workflows, data, and technical issues.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication regarding system updates and enhancements.
Essential knowledge of Radiology, Cardiology, or Operating Room workflows is required.
Requirements/Certifications:
Must Have:
Epic OpTime Certification
Epic Anesthesia Certification
Epic Radiant Certification
Epic Cupid Certification
Consideration will be given to candidates with related credentials, with the expectation of obtaining the necessary certifications within 90 days of employment.
Preferred Skills/Background:
While an RN background isn't mandatory, candidates with experience in Cath Lab or Operating Room nursing are highly desirable. Certification remains a prerequisite.
Minimum one year of experience in developing, implementing, or maintaining information systems within healthcare delivery systems, including hospitals and clinics.
Prior involvement in healthcare system database installation or interfacing, or experience with healthcare system vendors, is advantageous.
Project management or execution experience, particularly with small projects, is preferred.
Interview Process:
Initial phone or video screening with Manager.
Subsequent phone or video interview with the Team.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay: $34.00 - $41.00 per hour

Schedule:
8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities.

Ability to commute to Pascagoula, MS, required.
Candidates must be willing to relocate to Pascagoula, MS, before starting work.
