Ensure accurate recording of customer information, installation dates, and sales packages. Collaborate with Full-Time Sales Assistants and Customer Service Representatives to develop effective sales strategies that drive customer engagement. Stay updated on our client's products, services, promotions, sales targets, and campaign objectives through virtual conference calls and on-site training. Work closely with Sales Executives and senior Customer Service team members to set and achieve sales targets and goals.
