Responsibilities
• Oversee the implementation of direct marketing campaigns and problem solve any situations that arise• Receive proper training on all current direct marketing campaigns, product knowledge, marketing systems, and sales techniques to apply it during customer interactions• Implement marketing campaigns and sales strategies by interacting with the clients' consumers and personally generate sales and exposure by providing relevant product information• Communicate properly and effectively in a professional manner• Attend in-person meetings to remain current on all product knowledge, sales, promotion techniques, and service benefits• Assist colleague Entry Level Marketing Associates and Sales Representative colleagues in achieving customer acquisition and sales goals
Requirements
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, or related field• Dependable and able to maintain professionalism in all situations• Avid student with a thirst for self-improvement and continuous learning in the fields of direct marketing, sales, and communication• Motivated to engage in new challenges and opportunities• Possess a drive to exceed expectations regardless of the role or responsibilities given
