Full-time Monday through Friday On-call maybe required This position is responsible for keeping the organization's Information Technology assets running smoothly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the technical qualifications described below. In addition, they also must exhibit a strong customer focus, positive attitude, and deliver exceptional customer service to the organization.

Health, Vision and Dental Insurance Free health care clinics for anyone covered by the healthcare plan 401(k) & Paid Time Off (PTO) Discounts at our pharmacy Discounts at our medical equipment stores Responsibilities Maintain IT Infrastructure including but not limited to computers, printers, phone system (desk and mobile), audio/visual equipment, door access, security camera systems, servers, storage, and network switches Diagnose and resolve IT related hardware and software issues Respond to and remediate security incidents in a timely manner Perform system upgrades as required Perform data backups and ensure integrity Qualifications Troubleshooting and problem solving - Ability to Determine root cause and the skills to resolve the issue Reading Comprehension - Understanding written documentation Build and maintain strong business relationships - Practice open and honest communications, respect others opinion and position while working toward a common objective Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
