As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring the success of their fundraising endeavors.
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and providing exceptional service to ensure the success of fundraising events.
Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their fundraising goals and objectives. Collaborate with clients to develop customized fundraising strategies tailored to their needs and target audience. Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, logistics, marketing, and volunteer management. Provide regular updates and communication to clients throughout the event planning process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor event progress and performance, tracking key metrics and providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of client projects. Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis, gathering feedback from clients and participants to assess event success and identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and team members. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in account management, customer service, event planning, or fundraising is a plus but not required.
