Responsibilities
• Responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical downtime• Control Equipment Technicians will report to this position• Included in major equipment overhauls, plant safety projects, and infrastructure projects• Schedule plant maintenance• Review and respond to significant plant downtime losses• Maintain spare part inventories• Track and document associate performance• Control labor costs• Ensure competent and trained associates maintain ES equipment• Scheduling of Plant ES and maintenance technician associates and resources• Oversee utility functions and reduce utilities cost• Oversee supply cost centers and maintain/reduce supply cost• Ensure plant equipment meets environmental and regulatory permit requirements• Assist in Plant Facilities maintenance and repair activities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field or 5+ years Engineering Services experience• Preferably in fabric finishing
