Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison between Celestica Engineering and customers• Develop and execute comprehensive Engineering account and opportunity strategies• Collaborate closely with Engineering Solutions and Operations teams• Provide technical insights and guidance for projects• Support product commercialization efforts• Gain competitive intelligence and demonstrate Celestica's strengths• Create opportunities to provide a unique perspective during commercial conversations• Have deep knowledge of customer's business and industry trends• Manage customer relationships and account strategies• Deliver business proposals and RFQ responses to customers
Requirements
• Experience in Challenger Sales or similar Solutions Selling methodologies• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills• Experience in complex service selling and global network• Understanding of technical and process fundamentals in electronics and electromechanical products• Proven track record of developing business with new clients• Strong strategic planning and execution skills• Ability to understand Profit and Loss modeling and sales impacts• Value based solution selling, negotiation, and decision-making skills• Experience working with senior level executives• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in large matrix organizations• Experience with remote cross-functional teams• Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas• Minimum of 10 years of business development and client relations experience
