Emergency Room Nurse Supervisor

The Emergency Room Nurse Supervisor will join a 20+ bed medical center and help lead their Emergency Department. This hospital is well-established and is a key health resource in its community. 
The Emergency Room Nurse Supervisor will report to the Emergency Services Director and will help lead an amazing team of experienced Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. The Nurse Supervisor will play a vital role in leading clinical and administrative operations for the department.
The Emergency Room Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and innovative changes to this busy department. The Nurse Supervisor will inspire a culture of respect, diligence and innovation. This is a great opportunity to gain more experience running a reputable department by overseeing scheduling, training and serving as a department resource. The Nurse Leader will ensure that their team is up to date on their clinical competencies and will actively engage in clinical quality improvement tasks. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience working in Emergency Services in an acute care setting and have had at least 2 years of progressive leadership experience.
