Are you ready to be part of a small team making big waves in the modern retail industry? In the role of Embroiderer/Sewist, you will work to complete the production of custom embroidery orders and other customization needs. You will work largely on a single-head, 15-needle embroidery machine, so prior embroidery experience is recommended but not required if you're a willing and fast learner. Must have an eye for detail and ability to pick up new processes quickly. You will also be responsible for using the Software component of the embroidery process, so you must have solid computer skills.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited: Owning the embroidery process for personalized orders from order placement to final shipment. Quality checking, thread trimming, ironing, and sewing. Properly fill out data tracking for all orders embroidered. Proactively looking for new ways to contribute, and solve problems. Staying up-to-date on any embroidery software updates/needs There is promotion opportunity to train on machine operation once role has been mastered. Candidate must possess: Color vision and depth perception Manual dexterity The ability and desire to follow directions and learn new systems and processes quickly Attention to detail Sense of urgency Proficient Computer Skills Ability to lift 40+ pound packages Motivation for continuous improvement Ability to work individually as well as part of a team Effective communication skills Positive attitude Quick problem solving skills Previous embroidery experience preferred but not required Availability: This position is part-to-full time with a schedule that will become more flexible after training is completed. Training hours will be on M-F between 9am-5pm.
