ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitors Eligibility Representatives performance in all aspects of job duties, including daily and weekly responsibilities. Communicates cross mapping or D120 issues appropriately; monitors reports for unusual patterns and/or issues. Oversees daily functions of the Eligibility department to ensure productivity and quality assurance goals are achieved. Develops, implements and administers department policies and procedures; communicate changes to staff. Cross-trains employees to provide support for vacations, sick days, and personnel shortages. Collaborates with Senior Representatives to determine training needs for new and current employees. Performs other duties and assignments as requested. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum three years previous Eligibility experience required. Good oral and written communication. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Eligibility Senior/s Eligibility Representatives PHYSICAL / ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Job performed in a well-lighted, modern office setting Occasional standing/bending Occasional lifting/carrying (20lbs or less) Moderate stress Prolonged sitting Prolonged work on a PC/computer Prolonged telephone work This position may require manual dexterity and/or frequent use of the computer, telephone, 10-key, calculator, office machines (copier, scanner, fax) and/or the ability to perform repetitive motions and/or meet production standards to comply with the essential functions. Also, may require physical and/or mental stamina to work overtime, additional hours beyond a regular schedule and/or more than five days per week. Overtime may be required and can be mandated by Management.
