The Electrical Service Technician will be the frontline of our company, primarily handling service calls across Tulsa. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical systems, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, maintain safety standards, and efficiently resolve electrical issues. Responsibilities: Respond to service calls in both residential and commercial settings. Diagnose and repair electrical problems including but not limited to wiring issues, electrical panels, and safety system faults. Conduct thorough assessments to identify the root cause of electrical issues. Perform installations, maintenance, and upgrades to electrical systems. Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes. Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and billable hours. Provide customers with recommendations for preventative maintenance or additional services. Manage inventory and equipment on service vehicle, ensuring all necessary tools and parts are available for each call. Requirements: Proven experience as an Electrical Service Technician or similar role. Valid electrician license/certification in the state of Oklahoma. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Clean driving record and valid driver's license. Ability to lift equipment and materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Availability for emergency service calls outside of normal business hours. Benefits: Competitive compensation package.
