This position requires an experienced professional skilled in managing EH&S operations, compliance, and system management.*Preference will be given to local candidates. However, for exceptional non-local candidates, travel and lodging accommodations will be provided.*Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and enforce EH&S policies that align with corporate objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.Conduct incident investigations, system audits, and ensure compliance with all EH&S legislation.Act as the company representative in EH&S matters with external agencies and ensure corporate compliance.Lead performance monitoring and risk assessment initiatives across operational and field service sites.Manage training programs, promote continual improvement in EH&S practices, and maintain compliance with international standards (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).Deliver EH&S presentations to enhance employee engagement and awareness.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Masters degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.Well versed in EH&S for manufacturing, with extensive knowledge of compliance and system management.Recognized EH&S management qualification (CSP, CHMM) preferred.Deep knowledge of engineering applications, quality control, manufacturing processes, and cost management.Strong analytical skills and capability to solve complex problemsExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.US Citizenship or Green Card required due to the nature of the work.Preferred Skills:Direct hands-on experience with MTU diesel engines.Automotive industry experience.In-depth knowledge of product-specific information and quality requirements.Join our team and contribute to safe and environmentally responsible operations at a leading manufacturing company.
