Job Description:
You'll play a pivotal role in the success of our programs. You'll be responsible for project management, planning, budgeting, and technical oversight, ensuring seamless coordination to deliver high-quality experiences for our participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage ongoing programs to ensure activities are conducted efficiently, within scope and budget, and meet our quality standards.
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent, including outreach, promotional efforts, and participation in professional events.
Provide guidance and supervision to program specialists, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor program finances to ensure compliance with funding requirements and organizational policies.
Collaborate with senior management on program development and proposal writing for new initiatives.
Represent our organization in various professional settings, including committees, societies, and national forums.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, science, education, or related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience working within academic communities, understanding research activities and training needs.
Familiarity with federal agencies, laboratories, and educational organizations involved in research and education.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in recruitment strategies, including web and social media tools.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with advanced computer proficiency.
