Education Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Education Defense Attorney to join our team.Legal guidance and support will be your key role as an Education Defense Attorney.Advocating for educational stakeholders' rights and interests will require your expertise in ensuring compliance with education laws and regulations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Represent educational institutions, such as public and private schools, colleges, and universities, in legal matters.
Research and analyze federal, state, and local education laws and regulations thoroughly.
Draft and review contracts, policies, and other legal documents related to education.
Represent clients in education-related disputes, including disciplinary hearings, student rights cases, and employment matters.
Develop and implement effective policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements in collaboration with school administrators and educators.
Ideal Background:
Experience practicing education law, preferably representing educational institutions, for at least three years.
Licensed to practice in Ohio
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local education laws, regulations, and policies.
