OBJECTIVE :
This position is responsible for executing software development projects related to company's proprietary Ecommerce and ERP solutions. You will manage multiple complex technical projects and lead a company-wide digital transformation initiative. You will be responsible for maintaining project costs, scheduling, and quality assurance. You will be responsible for initiating, planning, monitoring, reporting and closeout of an assigned portfolio of projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for Project Management of Development for ERP, website, and other Related Applications.
• Responsible for coordinating Development Resources and Business Leads to execute Technology projects.
• Responsible managing Agile project management and SDLC best practices
• Responsible for On Time & Accurate Execution of Development Projects, as defined by Project Requirements & Design.
• Responsible for Executing Business User Testing & Training.
• Responsible for having a Thorough Understanding of Business Process, resulting Data Flow, and supporting system properties.
• Maintains and fosters effective working relationships with all parties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5 years project management experience, including requirement gathering, project scoping and execution in Jira or similar solution.
• 1-3 years prior experience in data analytics, database development, or software programming. Preferably in a retail/consumer goods environment.
• Hands-On experience in large scale projects and at least one successful implementation of a best-of-breed software solution.
• Experience working on projects in a leadership capacity.
• Experience managing eCommerce platforms (ex. Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce, Woo Commerce, etc.)
• Experience managing ERP Implementations (ex. NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
• Direct to consumer experience preferred.
• Knowledge of retail stores and Point of Sale systems is preferred.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
