Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC) is seeking a Defense Waste Processing Facility (DWPF) Facility Administrator or Senior Facility Administrator to be based in our Aiken, SC location on the Savannah River Site (SRS).

The DWPF Facility Administrator or Senior Facility Administrator coordinates and administers a variety of facility specific activities. Identifies, enhances and follows processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided. Ensures the correct functioning of facilities, offices and/or business support services.
Acts as point of contact to initiate and implement infrastructure upgrades and repair including, but not limited to, HVAC, roofing, telecommunications, roads and grounds. Program administrator and point of contact for two-way radios, radio pagers and radio frequency spectrum equipment and systems. Program administrator and point of contact for Physical Security Lock and Key Program in assigned facility(s). Serves as Disposition Certification Specialist certifying that requirements such as hazardous/radiological, have been dispositioned prior to the excess of government property. Serves as the Government Vehicle Pool administrator including accountability, utilization, maintenance of assigned vehicles, and other associated activities. Point of contact to initiate, and implement personnel movement and related equipment, and improvement to existing work space. Administrator and contributor to the facility for ad hoc projects and programs Other duties as assigned. Additional responsibilities at the Senior Facility Administrator level:
Acts as point of contact and highly knowledgeable resource to initiate and implement infrastructure upgrades and repair including, but not limited to, HVAC, roofing, telecommunications, roads and grounds. Program lead, subject matter expert, and point of contact for two-way radios, radio pagers and radio frequency spectrum equipment and systems. Periodically reviews program for effectiveness and implements changes/improvements. Program lead and point of contact for Physical Security Lock and Key Program in assigned facility(s). Point of contact to provide insight and recommendations, initiate, and implement personnel movement and related equipment, and improvement to existing work space. Other duties as assigned. High School Diploma/GED and practical experience in facility coordination, operations, maintenance or relevant function as defined in the job description. Additional information:

Bachelor's degree Comprehensive understanding of the assigned facility processes and infrastructure. Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC), a prime contractor for the US Department of Energy, is responsible for managing the Department of Energy's Savannah River Site's Liquid Waste operations contract. Located in Aiken, South Carolina, SRMC is a limited liability company formed by nuclear operations and environmental remediation global leaders BWXT, Amentum, and Fluor. The SRMC Team is responsible for the closure of waste tanks, the operation of the Savannah River Site's Defense Waste Processing Facility, tank farm operations and associated production and disposal facilities.
