The Shift Leader will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

Standing on feet Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching Lifting objects including boxes, ice and product Working in a small space Shifts-
Opening Shift: 4am-12pm
Mid. Shift: 7am-3pm
Closing Shift: 10am-6pm

Requirements * Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
