Delaware North Gaming is searching for full-time and part-time Dual Rate Table Games Dealer/Floor Supervisors to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Dual Rate Table Games Dealer/Floor Supervisor you will supervise the operation of assigned table games to ensure integrity is maintained, Company's policies and procedures are being followed and superior guest service is provided to ensure guest satisfaction in accordance with the Company's GuestPath Universal Service and Operations Standards. Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn't include any potential tipped earnings.

Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack in Wheeling, West Virginia, is a Delaware North-owned-and-operated regional gaming destination featuring 1,300 electronic gaming machines, 22 table games, live greyhound racing, and simulcast wagering. Wheeling Island also features a 151-room hotel, many dining options, and a 1,000-seat showroom.
Maintains a clear line of communication at all levels of operation when appropriate. Supervises floor dealers and protect the integrity of games through observation and following appropriate procedures. Ensures accuracy and completion of all signed paperwork and pit documents. Maintains frequent and effective contact with guests. Effectively deals all games supervised. Maintains a thorough knowledge of all rules regarding games supervised. Prioritizes tasks and handles multiple projects simultaneously. Investigates and resolves customer complaints and issues. Conducts employee coaching sessions. Investigates and resolves customer complaints and issues. Assists in training staff. Answers customer questions about game information. Performs as a team member and assists fellow associates to ensure a smooth operation. Greets guests appropriately, treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner. Coordinates and completes hourly evaluations on hourly associates. Deal assigned games by delivering cards or assigned game pieces. Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules. Determine winners and losers according to games rules. Control the pace of the game. Protect the integrity of games through observation and following appropriate procedures. Inform necessary personnel of any unusual request or play by guests. Acknowledge, greet and converse with guests who approach the Pit area. Answer customer questions about game information. Perform as a team member and assist fellow associates to ensure a smooth operation. Greet guests appropriately, treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner. Complete other duties as assigned. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license. A minimum of two years' professional gaming dealing experience, in a similar setting and dealing with similar games is required. Must be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various types of table games offered at this facility. Must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills (i.e., friendly, helpful, and professional) and the ability to train and coach others in these skills. Requires sitting, reaching, and pulling most of the shift. Some standing, walking, bending, stooping, the ability to periodically lift and carry up to 40 pounds, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, seeing, and hearing.
