Join our team as a Drug Manufacturing Equipment Operator, responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of drug manufacturing equipment.
Position Type: Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate: $15 (overtime paid at time and a half for hours exceeding 40 per week)
Location: Richmond, Virginia, USA, 23236
Shift Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Your role involves accurately weighing raw materials and active ingredients, combining them into blends, and maintaining a clean and well-functioning facility. You will actively participate in completing work orders, ensuring batch record documentation complies with cGMP standards (current good manufacturing process). The ability to meticulously follow procedures and documentations with minimal errors is crucial. Comprehensive training, including cGMP and safety protocols, will be provided.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong adherence to procedures and attention to detail
Must clear screenings before starting assignment
Bonuses:
$1000 net bonus at 60 days and 6 months
$1000 net bonus at 6 months for maintaining excellent attendance
Please note: To qualify for bonuses, candidates must have no attendance issues within the first week and no more than three absences, instances of leaving early, or tardies between 60 days and 6 months of employment.
