Driver Retention Specialist Duties and Responsibilities - Problem-solving inbound phone and email customer inquiries regarding various potential account issues.
- Make outbound contact with customers in accordance with program guidelines.
- Review customer escrow accounts to determine available funds for repair issues.
- Assist customers with insurance compliance issues and fee assessments.
- Reconcile customer lease and escrow accounts.
- Interface with third-party partners on billing and payment issues.
- Additional duties and projects as assigned.
Driver Retention Specialist Requirements and Qualifications - Detail-oriented and solution-minded problem solver who excels at multitasking.
- 2+ years of customer experience in trucking , preferably within consumer-facing loans/leases.

- Good computer skills, familiar with using Microsoft products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
