Responsibilities
• Develop business development strategy and identify market trends• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to design water treatment facilities• Provide technical leadership and support during project execution• Build/maintain client relationships• Provide guidance on groundwater and surface water treatment processes• Lead team in collaborating/team building and demonstrate commitment to excellence and innovation• Participate in professional organizations as a representative of the company• Work directly with clients• Mentor/train junior staff within the water market
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering• Master's degree in chemical, civil, or environmental engineering preferred• 12+ years of experience in the drinking water industry• PE License• Experience with the municipal water market, water treatment, water quality, and regulatory compliance• Experience mentoring junior staff• Active participation in professional organizations
