Donor Greeter

Job summary
The Donor Greeter is responsible for accepting qualified donations at the designated store donation area.They provide a positive donor experience through great customer service and education about our mission.They also handle donations with care and ensure they meet the guidelines for acceptable donations.

Responsibilities
• Greet and offer assistance to all customers.• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and reject items we cannot accept.• Determine usable and saleable items according to guidelines.• Accurately track all donations.• Support processing and maintain proper staging of donated goods.• Provide exceptional customer service to donors, handling donations with care.• Maintain store cleanliness and follow safety procedures.• Maintain efficient product flow and comply with company policies and procedures.• Receive and verify incoming merchandise.• Participate in training and support store operations as assigned.
Requirements
• Pass pre-screenings such as background or drug screenings.• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to fifty (50) lbs., with or without assistance.
