The Document Control Specialist provides direct support to the Document Control ManagerResponsible for tracking and organizing project documents and creating reportsRequires professional demeanor, excellent communication and organizational skills
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures• Receive and upload submittals into document control system• Check submittals for correct references• Track and update submittal process and approval• Update specifications and plans• Organize and track submittal list requirements
Requirements
• 3-5 years of similar professional experience in administrative support• Knowledge of eBuilder preferred• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software• Heavy civil construction experience preferred• Adaptable with good interpersonal skills• Self-starter with good communication skills• Strong organizational skills• Dedicated and hardworking• Possess a strong work ethic• Lead with integrity and produce high-quality work
