Experienced Dispatcher needed for growing wholesale parts operation at Ourisman Automotive Group

Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee wholesale delivery drivers• Prepare drivers routes with parts invoices and parts• Maintain accurate accounting for all parts returns• Check delivery drivers money against parts delivery manifest• Plan and manage workload and appointment schedules• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Past Dispatching Experience preferred• Above average verbal and written communication skills• Ability to function in a stressful environment• Strong organizational skills• Knowledge of desktop computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel• Must be at least 18 years of age• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
