A Busser is an attentive, efficient, and organized individual able to quickly clean and maintain a welcoming restaurant environment. Requirements: Reliable Transportation Background Check Flexibility of Schedule Qualifications: Is willing to lift and carry up to 20 lbs  Has physical stamina for minimum 6 hour shift Ability to handle multiple tasks  Ability to train individuals Learner/Coachable Responsibilities: Greets and seats guests (especially 1st time guests protocols) Communicates features and promotions Delivers food to tables Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining room, and restrooms Performs daily opening and closing duties Communicates restaurant operational needs to managers Maintains a helpful, productive working relationship with the DMO Participates in and maintains positive relationships across FOH and BOH teams Participates in ongoing restaurant training and scheduled restaurant events Benefits: 1 free up to $10 meal per day on duty and 20% off duty 5 vacation days (after 1 year of employment with 30 hrs or more a week) We're dedicated to creating and serving you quality food and beverage filled with flavor, while focusing on your overall experience.
