Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Centric Brands is looking for a dynamic, creative and resourceful Director of Retail and Replenishment Planning to join its team. This individual must be a self-starter and team player who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about joining a team on a journey to accelerate transformation across Centric Brands.
The Director of Planning will be responsible for managing planning activities for Centric Brands Kids Division's major department stores and ecommerce accounts. The brands within this scope include Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, and Nautica. The scope of the Planning function is to collaborate with the sales partners to drive the business through account centric assortment, sales and receipt planning, In season and post season hindsighting. Replenishment product comprises a significant portion of this business and requires thoughtful sku level forecasting and inventory management along with coordination with production colleagues for procurement and capacity forecasting.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Director and SVP of Sales to develop and manage the retail business performance of key accounts on a weekly and seasonal basis.
Maintain and monitor business plans for each key account by department to plan and control the sales, markdowns and receipt flows with a goal of achieving goal metrics for sales performance and profitability.
Build bottom-up ladder plans for major accounts to ensure optimal assortments
Maintain and monitor monthly replenishment sku level retail sales and wholesale shipping projections resulting in a well-managed Open to Buy and timely procurement requisitions.
Analyze actual product performance and recommend next actions surrounding product lifecycle
Create and maintain and analyze all wholesale and retail account level reporting including but not limited to: Style Selling, Sales to Stock, Delivery Sell Thru and Weekly Top-line and Partner performance reports
Develop ad-hoc analytical reports and tools to meet the changing needs of the business
Attend and participate in market appointments, including preparing power point presentations which focus on SWOT methodology, assessing strengths, weaknesses, identifying opportunities and threats
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

10+ years retail planning experience
Demonstrated experience in retail data analysis and OTB management
Excellent retail math skills
Experience in SAP a plus
Bachelor's Degree required
Expert knowledge and capabilities in Excel, Intermediate experience with remaining office software
Demonstrated Financial and Business Acumen
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills

Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000
At Centric Brands, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent. Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
