Director, Product Marketing

The Director of Product Marketing is responsible for the overall development and management of ATS Global Service portfolioThey will oversee a team of marketing professionals to conduct market research, create marketing campaigns, and collaborate with ATS businessesStrong understanding of the market, excellent leadership abilities, strategic thinking, communication skills, and ability to navigate matrixed organizations is required
Job seniority: director level and above
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement an integrated product development, marketing, and communications plan• Manage product management team activities• Oversee research to understand market and competitive landscape• Lead the development of standardized product development and management processes• Track and report on product/service line performance• Oversee the design and delivery of impactful marketing campaigns• Coordinate marketing activities considering a variety of channels• Liaise with ATS business entities for marketing activities• Ensure organizational alignment and clarity of responsibilities• Monitor trends and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
• Degree in business or comparable field of study• Global experience in marketing and brand development• Ability to successfully develop, launch, and manage a product & service portfolio• Understanding of the automation and/or aftermarket industry• Creative problem solver• Ability to lead and influence stakeholders• High resilience and ability for multi-project management• Effective communication and presentation skills
