We are looking for a Director of Procurement to join our team! This position will report to the Sr. Director of Corporate Finance & Procurement. The Director of Procurement will be instrumental in helping tobuild the foundation of procurement while also analyzing and negotiating large contracts. We work IRL three days a week***How you'll make an impact:You will build meaningful and trusted relationships with key internal stakeholders across business units and functionsYou will lead contract negotiations and the contract negotiation process securing advantageous contractsYou will lead communications with global stakeholders, including executives, to ensure best-in-class category management, which drives favorable vendor relationships and commercial outcomesYou will establish operational and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve business outcomesYou will partner with the Sr. Director of Procurement to develop procurement operations strategies, policies, tools and operations to ensure that all purchases are made in an efficient, controlled, and approved mannerWe could be a match if:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience You have experience building a procurement functionYou have 8+ years of progressive procurement or strategic sourcing experience with global exposureYou have a deep experience in contract negotiation and vendor relationship managementYou are an expert at devising and implementing procurement processes and proceduresYou have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesYou have the ability to thrive in ambiguous work environmentsYou have experience working in a procurement team for a dynamic technology company$ 162000- $187000 a yearFactors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Los Angeles, CA.
