The role
To increase our understanding and penetration within key geographies, we are looking for an experienced Product leader to lead regional market segment activities in North America. Working within the Product organisation, you will define regional go-to-market strategies and be responsible for execution the strategy within the region. Covering a broad range of market segments including Automotive, Consumer, IoT, Mobile and PC, and representing GPU, CPU and AI product lines you will have a flexible, self-starting, eager to learn attitude.
Working across the organisation, you will help to ensure successful development and execution of go to market strategy within the region, bringing the voice of the region into Imagination's global strategy, increasing company market share and penetrating new markets.
You will:
Create and lead the execution of regional, segment go to market plans, directing Sales, Product and Marketing to focus the most impactful activities.
Gather and qualify market requirements for focus segments.
Create and deliver commercial propositions to influence Product roadmaps.
Track trends and key players in the region and monitor emerging technologies.
Understand the wider ecosystem for each segment and develop regional partnerships.
Plan and execute product promotions, events, tradeshows, and seminars in collaboration with marketing team, and advise on attendance for future events.
Proactively engage with customers, promoting Imagination's product line-up and seeking to understand roadmap intersection points.
Support Sales and Marketing teams by participating in customer meetings, events and training events.

You'll have:
Experience ideally in a similar product management role, or technical customer facing role, achieving measurable results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both first language and English.
Experience working with customers to achieve positive outcomes.
Solid technical knowledge of the semiconductors and software industries.
Ability to schedule own workload and plan tasks.
Willingness to be flexible and accept new challenges.
Willingness to travel and meet our customers on their doorstep.
You might also have:
Knowledge of CPU, GPU and artificial intelligence processors
Knowledge of functional safety for automotive and industrial applications
An understanding of IP value chain in global markets
