Reddit is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our Core User Growth Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy that deepens our relationship with existing Redditors while attracting billions of new users to Reddit. While analytical growth marketing skills are important, this position requires a greater emphasis on creating innovative product experiences that reach millions of people worldwide. This is an impactful opportunity to lead a team through an existing period of worldwide user growth.Responsibilities:Develop a qualitative and quantitative understanding of Reddit's user journey from discovery to signup and ongoing engagement. Utilize these insights to build a vision, strategy and roadmap for driving active user growth.Structure an organization, processes and goals to execute these goalsCollaborate closely with Design and Engineering counterparts to develop and execute this vision.Own the operational status of Daily Active User (DAU) growth, consistently monitoring shifts in historical performance, identifying issues, and tracking product delivery and impact.
