As a strategic leader in our organization, the Director of Marketing and Communications plays a crucial role in shaping and overseeing our marketing and communications strategies. This position ensures that all marketing efforts align with our core values and support the overarching brand and message expectations. The role demands a hands-on approach to developing and implementing strategies that leverage both traditional and digital media. By working closely with marketing teams and various departments, this individual ensures cohesive brand representation across all platforms and initiatives.
The Director is responsible for the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans that support the growth and community engagement objectives of the organization. This includes managing our website and social media presence, overseeing internal communications, enhancing public relations and media outreach, and actively participating in community events. The ideal candidate will be adept at using data-driven insights to guide strategy and will excel in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Qualifications:  Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. Experience: At least five years of related experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in healthcare marketing within a matrix organization. Skills: Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication is essential. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in aligning marketing strategies with business objectives and be effective at managing multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. This role is designed for a visionary leader who is committed to advancing healthcare through innovative marketing and communications strategies. The successful candidate will be a proactive manager who excels at building relationships both internally and within the community to promote our mission and values.
