As the Director of Information Technology, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and enhance the IT strategy, systems, and infrastructure of our company. You'll play a crucial role in aligning IT initiatives with our business objectives, ensuring the security and efficiency of our technology environment, and collaborating with our business partners to meet our daily operational needs.
Essential Job Functions: Develop and implement an IT strategy aligning with the company's objectives.
Manage, deploy, and optimize IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and information systems.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to foster organizational innovation.
Oversee IT budgets, and vendor relationships, and assist in contract negotiations.
Provide streamlined solutions for data delivery to clients, vendors, and staff.
Requirements Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven leadership experience in Information Technology.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and practical use.
Working knowledge of Visual Basic and PowerShell.
Ability to utilize SharePoint in collaboration with vendors and clients.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals.
Excellent communication skills.
