Director Of Hr

Korn Ferry has partnered with an industry leading organization in their search for an HR Director located in Jericho, NY. The HR Director will be responsible for the overarching people strategy, and champion strategic people initiatives. We are looking for candidates that have a strong background in talent acquisition, as they will be responsible for attracting, retaining and developing top talent for the organization. Additional responsibilities include overseeing employee relations, performance management, compliance and employee engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required.
10+ years of experience is required.
Experience working for a service based industry is preferred.
Proven experience in talent acquisition is required.
