Responsibilities
• Design and develop SaaS products• Implement and refine development strategy for quality and reliability• Drive performance, stability, and scalability• Communicate with customers and internal teams• Advise on system architecture and technology choices• Support best practices and provide technical documentation• Manage a team of developers• Provide guidance, feedback, and code review
Requirements
• 5+ years of technical management experience• 8+ years of back-end or full stack software engineering experience• BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Information Science, or related fields• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one other programming language• Familiarity with data processing libraries• Flexibility to support technical issues and customer outages• Preferred: Full-stack application design and RESTful web services development• Preferred: Exposure to cloud computing platforms and containerization• Preferred: Knowledge of data science, statistics, and machine learning
