What You'll Do The Director of Customer Finance is responsible for empowering and leading a high-performing Finance team. The right person will help shape Royal's future: Lead and mentor a talented finance team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives financial excellence. Based out of our Royal Center facility in Hudsonville, this position reports directly to the CFO.

What You'll Bring Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a business-focused field, such as finance, accounting, economics, or business administration. (Required)
Engineering degrees may also be considered for candidates with relevant experience.
Proven track record in program or account management within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated success in negotiating awards and engineering changes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and project alignment.
Experience collaborating within the automotive or furniture industry is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of injection molding and value-added assembly processes is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of developing burden rates to support accurate quoting models.
Strategic partnership with New Business Development to identify and secure profitable opportunities.
Leadership experience in motivating and guiding teams towards achieving goals.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a focus on clear and concise information delivery.
Proven ability to follow through on commitments and take initiative to solve problems.
Experience in treasury and controllership is a strong advantage.
