Responsibilities
• Understands and fulfills the needs of walk-in customers and inquiries• Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers, vendors, and leadership• Packages shipments for safe arrival• Manages the logistics of small to medium projects• Produces/designs material for print projects using Adobe and Microsoft Suites• Operates all equipment, software, and devices• Prioritizes and optimizes the work load• Maintains a clean and organized working environment• May open and/or close the store and perform end-of-day accounting• Takes action to learn new products, services, and industry trends• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED• One year of customer service experience• One to two years of experience or a two-year degree in graphic design or a related field• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites• Knowledge and application of printing concepts• Good communication and people skills• Strong analytical and math skills• Highly organized and detail oriented• Good project and time management skills• Able to work and complete tasks independently in a quick turn environment
