Who We are Looking For?
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager t o join our team. This role does not involve direct reports but plays a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive leads. What You Will Work On? Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Manage digital campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital platforms.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and implement innovative ideas to enhance campaigns. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed. Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels. Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform marketing decisions. What You Bring to the beem® Light Sauna ?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital marketing platforms. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
